Refund & Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether made in our brick and mortar store or through our e-commerce website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange any product within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • If you are returning or exchanging a product that was purchased online, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or Defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will provide a return label for the damaged or defect product and replace it with a new product or issue a full refund.

4. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any perishable items, including food or personal care items.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any used or opened products.

Shipping Policy:

We ship nationwide with USPS as our courier. Typically parcels are shipped first class but may be shipped priority in certain circumstances. Though Delta-8 THC is federally legal, some states have decided to outlaw its sale. We follow federal guidelines, as well as respecting independent states' lawmaking decisions. Currently we do not ship Delta-8 THC to: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington. 

During the warmer seasons of the year we do from time to time encounter issues with shipping certain edible products. If you should decide to order any perishables during the warmer seasons, we always include ice packs inside the parcel. This prevents melting the majority of the time, but there are times when a package stays on a couriers truck too long and may still melt regardless of the ice pack. The primary products that tend to melt are gummies and chocolates. Please be aware of this possible issue before placing an order during summer time.

Tracking numbers for all shipped products shall be provided as soon as they have been generated. If you have any special exceptions or delivery instructions please include them in your order notes. While USPS is a very reliable courier there are times that deliveries can be delayed and the responsibility of a delay falls upon the courier service. We ship out all orders placed on the e-commerce within 24 hours of submission.
